The Donovan Pavilion is one of our favorite Vail wedding venues. The venue has a great outdoor patio for ceremonies and cocktail hours, as well as a beautiful indoor area for receptions. The pavilion is also directly on the Vail bus route, making it easy for guests to get to and from their accommodations. Stringing festival/bistro lighting on the outdoor patio is a great way to transform the area into a festive space for any event. As for the indoor space, we have seen so many creative designs!

The generous owners of Red Tail Ranch allowed Rachel and Sage to host their tented wedding on the property since Sage had spent many hours volunteering on the ranch.

A Colorado Fall Wedding to Remember

The ceremony took place high up on the hill, overlooking Breckenridge and the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The muted oranges and yellows complemented the groomsmen’s’ attire and bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly for their Colorado fall wedding. The ceremony had a very boho wedding feel to it. Instead of opting for a wedding arbor rental, they built their own out of Aspen branches since they were in their home town and could easily transport it.

The couple wanted high peaks and lots of bistro lighting in their wedding tent. They chose to pair traditional white wedding chairs with rustic touches like our custom-built farmhouse tables. The simplicity of everything reflected their simple lifestyle and enabled them to focus on what mattered most for their Breckenridge wedding- friends and family.
