A Vibrant Donovan Pavilion Vail Wedding

The Donovan Pavilion is one of our favorite Vail wedding venues. The venue has a great outdoor patio for ceremonies and cocktail hours, as well as a beautiful indoor area for receptions. The pavilion is also directly on the Vail bus route, making it easy for guests to get to and from their accommodations. Stringing festival/bistro lighting on the outdoor patio is a great way to transform the area into a festive space for any event. As for the indoor space, we have seen so many creative designs!

Jennifer and Jordan’s Donovan Pavilion Vail wedding was one of our favorites. They chose sheer wedding draping with greenery for their entrance, which made you feel like you were entering into a magical place. As you stepped through the entrance, you were wowed by extravagant floral arrangements, round tables with x-back chairs and a rustic farm table for the wedding party.

Their combination of light and dark colors really made the space pop. Black and white plates, brushed gold flatware and blush pink goblets lined the tables. The pink dinner menus and Bohemian florals complimented the place settings perfectly to create a vibrant atmosphere.

The couple rented our carved wood ivory armchairs, which were perfect for the Horah. Friends and family had no problem lifting the couple high in the air in these lavish chairs – so fun!
