Our local crews are able to assist with troubleshooting and can be on-site to help anywhere in Summit County in short notice for emergencies.

Meet The Team

Mark Ciernia, Owner

Mark brings a diverse background in Food and Beverage, Hospitality, Catering and Events to CTE. Mark’s vision for CTE is to continually introduce fresh products and capabilities to meet the needs of our customers. He believes in his team members, loves to see people grow and succeed, and promotes an open and supportive culture. Mark enjoys building unique new products and working on custom jobs and tells customers “tell me what you want, we can do it”. When not at work or with family, Mark can be found in the forest, riding the high country single-track!

Ashley Inghram, Senior Sales and Event Manager

Ashley has been in the events industry and living in Summit County for more than 5 years. She has over 13 years in customer service roles and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and clients that she works with. When away from the office, you’ll catch Ashley enjoying hiking, cross country skiing, reading and hanging out with her dog Ellie and cat Mason.

Karla Trujillo, Sales and Event Manager

Although fairly new to the events industry, Karla has been living in Summit County for 12 years, and has over 7 years of customer service and management skills. She loves sharing memorable experiences with every client she works with, and will strive on making every event the best it can be! When not at work, you can find her traveling with family and enjoying time with her cat Atlas.

Jason Morin, Director of Operations

Moving to Summit County full time in 2023, Jason joined Colorado Tents and Events in April and brought 30 years of operational management and customer service experience. Jason has developed and operated many businesses in his working career, mostly in the Chicagoland area. Jason has held many board positions: President of the Chicagoland Carwash Association 2010-2020, International Automotive Detailing Association 2016-2020, member of the American Powerwashing Association 2004-2008.

Jason enjoys hiking, biking, skiing and spending time with friends & family. Also a strong believer in giving back to the community. “I have been an active Chicagoland Jaycees chapter member 2018-2023 and presently searching for a “high country” chapter to be involved with.“

Colorado Tents and Events is proud to have an outstanding team of professionals with deep experience in tenting, flooring, lighting and custom draping. Our dish crew takes pride in ensuring our flatware, glassware and china is sanitized and polished to make your event shine.
