Lauren & Davey’s Crested Butte Colorado Wedding
Today’s real Colorado wedding feature comes from an adventurous, easy-going couple. Lauren and Davey’s laid-back personalities and the team of Rockstar vendors helped us create a truly unique Crested Butte wedding venue from scratch. Lauren’s father’s property hosted the wedding ceremony and reception with impressive views of Mount Crested Butte – Like seriously stunning.
The groomsmen kicked off the wedding day by playing a game of baseball in the morning – how fun! The entire wedding party eventually joined in after the first look. Their ceremony overlooked one of the most epic scenes we have ever seen. It looked like an artificial backdrop! The cowhide rungs paired perfectly with our X-back chairs to create a rustic Colorado mountain feel. Our white wedding umbrellas and blankets were available for guests to protect them from the elements. Always be prepared for rain! And if it doesn’t rain, guests can use the umbrellas for shade!
Their reception took place under fun Tipi tents. To call it a boho or rustic wedding would not be giving it enough credit. The style was more of a boho-rustic-chic (if that is a thing?) but truly unique with farm tables, chic velvet napkins, elegant brushed gold flatware, and other fun accents. We love seeing creativity like this from our Colorado wedding planners and couples!
