Our Showroom
Our website is a great place to get started when deciding on items and colors for your event. However, we understand that some people are more visual and prefer to see items in person. We offer a beautiful showroom at our Silverthorne Location and encourage everyone planning an event to come see us. Whether you are setting up the sample table for your wedding party or have a large committee that needs to make decisions as a whole, our showroom and staff is here to help you make your final decisions.
Our Reliable Staff
When you work with Colorado Tents and Events you can be sure that your items will be delivered on-time, clean and well prepared. We can accommodate most delivery and pick-up schedules and our drivers are also able to assist with set-up and tear-down of tables and chairs with advance arrangements. We focus on hiring only the most professional event staff and provide countless hours of specific training to ensure they can properly assist you with any event.

Kevin Abernathy, Sales & Events Manager
Steve moved with his family and this business to Summit County in 1999. He has more than 35 years experience working all aspects of events, from catering and rentals to banquet management and event planning. When not working you'll find Steve spending time with his family fly fishing on the Blue River, hiking or snowshoeing the trails and carving the slopes. Steve has set the standard for rentals in the Colorado High Country, you'll find no one with more passion, dedication and attention to detail than Steve.
Kevin has called Summit County home for almost 10 years. He has been in the event industry for more than 15 years having spent 5 of those in a fast paced catering environment. When not working, you'll find Kevin enjoying much of what Summit County has to offer: hiking with his dog "buddy" (our official greeter at the showroom), kayaking, skiing, performing in local shows and volunteering with numerous local non-profits. We know you'll enjoy working with Kevin to plan your event. He is very personable, passionate about what he does and takes the time to ensure all details are in order so you won't have to!
